The hotel felt like a men's locker room when I first entered, but after the recent renovations, it looked fresh, and the odor was gone. The service at the Americinn in Grundy Center was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great for its proximity to the venue and all the available services. The dining options were good, but a bit sparse at times.
